Special Open House event – Senn High School International Baccalaureate Programme Expansion3/21/2010, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM

The International Baccalaureate (IB) Programme is a comprehensive college preparatory program designed for highly motivated, self-disciplined high school students. In addition to high academic standards, the program places a strong emphasis on international understanding and responsible citizenship.
Beginning in fall 2010, an International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IB MYP) will be offered to ninth grade students. IB MYP is designed to help students develop the knowledge, understanding, attitudes and skills necessary to participate actively and responsibly in a changing world.
The Open House will be held in the newly renovated Senn Theatre. Refreshments will be served. Senn staff will provide information about the program and how to apply for admission. Senn students will be present to share about their experience in the IB Programme.
