Mission Statement
The mission of the Office of Academic Enhancement is to provide a variety of educational program options designed to meet all student needs, interests, and skill levels; to increase opportunities for educational choice for parents and students; to ensure equity of access for all students; to facilitate the coordination of the Modified Consent Decree as it pertains to racial compliance in magnet schools, magnet cluster schools, gifted and classical schools, academic centers, and selective enrollment high schools; and to serve as a clearinghouse of information related to, and provide direction regarding the selection process for magnet schools, magnet cluster schools, gifted and classical schools, academic centers, and selective enrollment high schools. |
